  Only used them for my cat to get spayed. I wasn't pleased with the way it was ran. Didn't tell me much before she went in for surgery. Charged for every little thing. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

  I have used this boardung facility many times in the past and no problems. This time my dog came home with matted fur balls and ticks. I had to take him to my vet for an acute condition and ??ear infection. While waiting on the Dr., a tick fell off on the floor, alive and crawling. Another thing,the Key City staff waited until I was dropping my dog off to tell me that my dog needed the new H3N2 flu injection in order to board there,and return 3 weeks later for the continued series of injections. I understand it was for safety BUT even after they called me to confirm and while on making the reservation they said he was good on immunizations, I was thoroughly upset; i don't live in Abilene. I could have had it done by my own vet but I had NO CHOICE at this time because I needed the boarding. It was very, very UNPROFESSIONAL and unfair to me. I felt manipulated at that point. NEVER AGAIN will I use them for boarding. HORRIBLE and expensive experience as a result
