- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪currently on the phone i had to move back to georgia for family reasons and my new doctor cannot see me without my medical records from him they have sent 2 copies of transfer documentation and they still havent handed anything over plus my first appointment he did not give me my sonogram pictures then my next visit couldnt find them then my last visit with his he did not check any of my vitals and did not say a word to me.December 24, 2016by Samantha Adams
